This Villa Project, located in Michigan, was a collaboration with our client Alex, who found us through online research while renovating his home. After initial discussions, Alex personally visited China to hand-pick the building materials for his project.

For this coastal home, Kano House supplied a wide range of products, including aluminum alloy doors and windows (Miami standard certified), stair railings, floor tiles, and cabinets. Given the stunning waterfront views, Alex wanted to maximize natural light without compromising the beauty of the scenery. He chose numerous windows, allowing ample daylight while offering panoramic views of the coastline.

Due to the cold Michigan winters, Alex opted for thermal-break aluminum doors and windows with Low-E glass for superior insulation and energy efficiency. Although these materials were priced higher, they promised lower long-term maintenance costs and were environmentally friendly.

For the interior, Alex selected modern glass staircases and glass railings to create a seamless, open feel. The floor tiles were predominantly white marble-style, contributing to the overall luxurious and contemporary atmosphere of the house.

This successful partnership led to a long-term relationship, as Alex, although not from the real estate industry, entrusted us with sourcing products for his company from China. Even though this house was completed 4-5 years ago, we continue to be his trusted partner for ongoing projects.
